Commonly used vectors and related universal primers
 
Note:
 
1) The order of arrangement is: left to right == (from insertion to point) from far to near;
 
2) If there are multiple primers, red is the preferred primer:
 
3) When selecting a universal primer for sequencing, it is preferably about 50 bases from the insertion site;
 
4) There are T7, T7ter carriers at the same time, T7ter is preferred for single reaction;
 
5) There are T7, pCDNA3.1R vectors at the same time, pCDNA3.1R is the single reaction;
 
6) There are carriers of T7 and BGH at the same time, and BGH is preferred for single reaction;
 
7) Both pCMV-F and BGH carriers are available, and BGH is preferred for single reaction;
